This week our Azor 8 speed folding tandem arrived. We received it much faster than expected. Dealing with Steven is a wonderful experience. All questions were answered thoroughly and promptly.
The final amount of assembly was made even easier having the tools required come with the tandem. The design is very well thought out especially when it comes to working with the items that might require minor adjustments, such as handle bars and seats. The step through design makes getting on and off extremely easy for both pilot and stoker. The included fenders and mud flaps help keep riders from getting splashed when riding in most weather conditions.
Another aspect of the design that makes this a wonderful tandem is how the seat and handle bars are independent of one another. Many tandems integrate the pilot’s seat with the stoker’s handle bars. This makes it possible for two people of different heights to ride comfortably.
Steven’s after sale support is also excellent. He answered all questions as clearly and promptly as he did before we made our purchase. When additional information was needed, he always came through for us.
