Our Cargo Classic Compact arrived in the time expected, and was assembled by a VeloTooler mechanic in our garage the next day. Our daughter is very happy with the ride, and loved the experience on our maiden voyage. The rep in Amsterdam kept us informed throughout, and prevented a delay by suggesting an alternate color, which we did not object to! Better pricing than local shops and the one-piece frame is superior!
