Fantastic Customer service and The Bike is Beautiful and solid!. She had a townie cruiser before and this is a night and day difference.
Before I bought the bike I wanted to talk to someone so they set up a time to call me from Netherlands so i could ask a bunch of Questions. Steven was more than helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly and he was kind and took all the time i needed.
When i first got the bike and put and put it together, there was an issue with the rear 8 speed hub but after a quick email to Steven he helped me figure it out and now the Bike runs awesome.
Worth every penny and i highly recommend because the customer service is awesome not just before you buy the bike but also after when you have issues.
I would recommend to anyone! Great experience.

We too were having a shortage of good quality bikes in the U.S. YouTube was a good source to introduce the Dutch bike to us. My wife wanted the vintage look, and after seeing the videos, it made sense to get a bike from the Netherlands since bicycling is a key transportation there. We determined bicycling and quality must go hand in hand in the Netherlands.
My wife’s bike arrived in 10 days, and it was gorgeous. There was a small tear in the seat, and Steven did not hesitate to offer a new seat at no charge.

My Azor Ameland, Ladies – Stock arrived on February 14th to Loveland, Colorado.
First off, before I purchased, I had questions and Steven was quick to reply and help me out. I was very impressed with how timely he was.
Once I purchased the bike, I received my shipping/tracking information the next day. So fast! I also received manuals by email.
I had a couple more questions after purchase while I waited for my bike and the staff at ABC was still quick to reply and very helpful. It wasn’t a situation where you buy and then they vanish on you. They were still there for me and very responsive and helpful.
My bike took 7 days to arrive. The tracking from TNT left much to be desired but that was nothing to do with ABC, was strictly TNT and just some unimpressive tracking. The tracking was stuck in Belgium, then Memphis, TN and then when it finally updated, it said it was in Houston. I was a little confused about that location and after 3 days of it just saying Houston, I called TNT and they said it was not actually in Houston, never was, but rather Greeley, CO which is close to my location. That made a lot more sense and I felt better after that. Still though, they need to work on their tracking!
The bike arrived at my home late morning and I built it up in about two hours. It probably would have gone a lot faster if the video instructions would have kept playing but it kept having to buffer because I was in my garage which is a short distance from my condo and so the darn phone kept switching from cell to wifi. Regardless of which one I tried to lock it onto, it was weak so I kind of wish there had been print instructions as well. But not a big deal at all, I got through eventually. So if that hadn’t been happening, I believe it would have been a much faster install. Everything was easy to put together, with the exception of the stabilizer. I was just struggling with that portion because it took some extra strength and I have carpal tunnel in my hands so I just couldn’t get the proper hold/grip to stretch it, even with pliers. I found a different way to get the job done though, instead of the instructions, which I found much easier.
Once the bike was built, I was pretty blown away. Every piece is well made and very impressive. The bike is just beautiful and very sleek. It is for sure quite heavy but it didn’t seem to matter. It rolls extremely smoothly and very quiet. No clanking or crunching of gears, or any other weird random noises my previous bikes would make. The saddle is very comfortable and I love the upright, sit-up style that’s so famous from Dutch bikes. It only took a little bit to get used to as I’m used to bikes that seem designed to hurt your body one way or another. At least that’s been my experience.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this bike to anyone who wants a comfortable, smooth riding city style bike. After comparing the prices of bikes here in the US and test riding them, I feel this bike is very reasonably priced, especially for the quality you are getting. I’m very pleased and believe this will be a “forever” bike.

Exceptional bike and top-notch customer service! I went with a stock bike and it was delivered to my house in 6 days. My mechanically minded husband had a couple questions about completing the assembly and ABC staff responded promptly by email and phone. Don’t have mechanical knowledge to complete the assembly? Don’t let that stop you from getting this bike – assembly can easily be completely by a bike mechanic. This bike is not lightweight but it comes fully loaded and does not skimp on the quality of materials. It is extremely comfortable, smooth and efficient in riding and with no more effort, I ride uphill in higher gears than my previous bike. Built to last, I have no doubts that this will be the last bike that I ever own and will be passed on in my family. I highly recommend this company and this bike!

This bike is the best! Given the pandemic shortage of bikes available in Canada, we had this one shipped all the way from Europe and we will never buy a bike anywhere else again. Works great both in the downtown core as well as on the rougher streets of cottage country. Thanks!
